Career Connection Enrollment

Career Connections is your tool for finding and recruiting top talent among the global dairy industry. Before the dairy world gathers in Madison, high school and college students as well as young dairy professionals are encouraged to begin their job or internship search using Career Connections on World Dairy Expo's website. At World Dairy Expo, a free networking event will be held on Monday, September 30 in the Atrium of the Exhibition Hall to connect job and internship seekers with hiring companies and farms. 

Each participating organization will have one featured listing on the Career Connections webpage that links directly to your website, career information page or social media page. The description field in the application can be used to describe your organization or the types of opportunities available (internships, fulltime, part-time, etc.). To be included in student-focused promotions, the application below must be submitted by September 1. Please note, all applications must be submitted by September 15 to be listed on the Career Connection's page.

Who can participate: Expo’s Dairy Cattle Show exhibitors, WDE Participating Companies, and non-exhibiting dairy farms seeking on-farm labor 

Expected Candidate Demographics: High school students, college students and young dairy professionals

Onsite Event: Monday, September 30, Atrium of the Exhibition Hall

Special for Trade Show exhibitors: The WDE mobile app is available to help your team schedule interviews or meetings with interested candidates. The app is free to use and connected to your WDE exhibitor account. Meeting scheduling in the app is not limited to Career Connections and is available throughout World Dairy Expo.
