The World Dairy Expo Championship Dairy Product Contest, sponsored by the Wisconsin Dairy Products Association, is a unique event in North America that encompasses all dairy products. This contest provides processors of cheese, butter, yogurt, ice cream, gelato, cottage cheese, fluid milk, whipping cream, sour cream, and whey with a valuable opportunity to showcase their products in a prestigious national competition.
