Dairy Youth Show Off Skills During 2019 WDE Youth Showmanship Contest 

MADISON, WIS. – Youth from around the globe participated in the 2019 World Dairy Expo Youth Showmanship Contest on Thursday, October 3. More than 350 exhibitors competed in this year’s contest. Topping the Junior Division, winning the W. Terry Howard Award, sponsored by Images Custom Embroidery, and clippers from Andis Company was Morgan Howard of Burgessville, Ontario, Canada. Winner of the Intermediate Division, the Howard Voegeli Award, sponsored by Images Custom Embroidery, and Clippers from Andis Company was Olivia Finke of London, Ohio. Joey Opsal of Blue Mounds, Wis. won the Senior Division, receiving the Keith King Award, sponsored by Images Custom Embroidery, and a semen tank courtesy of MVE Chart.

Nate Oleniacz, Brian Coyne and Dan Bauer served as the official judges of the Junior, Intermediate and Senior Division, respectively.
